In this role, you’ll design creative concepts for photobooks, magazines, and wall art, while also creating engaging content for social media and ads that brings our brand and customer stories to life.

What you’ll do:

• Design layouts and creative concepts for photobooks, magazines, and wall art
  
• Develop visual assets such as stickers, emojis, and brand design elements
  
• Create high-performing content for social media and paid ads
  
• Work with real customer stories, influencer content, and our “Memories Creator Program”
  
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to align creative output with campaign goals

Join our team as a Customer Support & Creator Program Manager and be the voice of our brand while building strong relationships with our community. You’ll ensure an outstanding customer experience and grow our “Make Memories Creator Program” by turning happy customers and creators into long-term brand advocates.

What you’ll do:

• Provide fast, friendly, and solution-oriented customer support across all channels
  
• Manage and grow our “Make Memories Creator Program” by onboarding and supporting creators
  
• Build long-term relationships with customers, influencers, and brand ambassadors
  
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Design, and Content to align messaging and feedback
  
• Collect insights from customers and creators to improve products and campaigns
