Shipping policy

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The actual shipping time may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, and seasonal or logistical circumstances. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time in the product description or during the ordering process.

2. Shipping costs
The shipping costs incurred are clearly shown during the ordering process. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the selected shipping option and the delivery destination.

3. Shipping regions and delivery times
We deliver to selected international shipping regions. Please check before completing your order whether delivery to your delivery area is possible.

The regular delivery times (outside the peak season) are:

• European Union: approx. 3 – 10 business days
  
• United States, Canada, UK & Australia: approx. 5 –12 business days

Please note that delays may occur during seasonal peak times, due to customs clearance or unforeseeable circumstances.

Customs Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control.

Non-Delivery / Refusal

If a shipment is refused or not claimed and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund.
